30-day returns on all NON-CUSTOM or defective products. Please get in touch with us by email, call, or TEXT before returning an item. We will provide instructions with further details.

Shipping

Most products are MADE TO ORDER and will have a 1-3 day lead time, typically. Some orders that require IN-HOUSE design services may require a few more days of production time. Once an order is complete, a tracking number will be emailed.

Typical travel time to destination for domestic addresses is 1-5 days.

Typical travel time to destination for internationl adresses can be 1-3 days or 10-14 pending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.
